Sheila Wood – will speak about the names given by residents to the houses in the developing Wallands area of Lewes a century or so ago, and the problems they caused for the authorities.

How the Lewes By-pass saved the Rugby Club
Paul Nicoll will cover an aspect of the history of the Lewes Rugby Club

A Doctor in Edwardian Lewes
Chris Taylor – will tell us about the life and career of Dr John Steinhaeuser, who used his professional skills to help make Lewes a safer place to live.
