Lewes History Group

Lewes High Street runs from Cliffe Bridge up to St. Anne’s Church. It includes many fine buildings with interesting features.

Our Spring 2016 quiz takes you along Lewes High Street, spotting the decorative windows above the front doors, and the building materials like the flint and bricks used on the walls.

You will also explore the streets which join on to the High Street to spot some interesting architectural details you may not have noticed before.
